At Landypaw, we want your order to reach you and your pet as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for details on our shipping process.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.
Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate of $39.95 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or destination.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 3 to 7 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
International Orders Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.
